Safety Requirements For Rebar Bending Machines

Manual bending and forming safety requirements:

1. When bending thick steel bars with a cross-mouth wrench, pay attention to mastering the essentials of operation, stand firm with your heels, stand with both feet in a lunge, set up the board, pay attention to the board saw, the board mouth is stuck with the steel bars, and the force should be slow when bending, do not Use too much force to prevent the board from being pulled off and the person being thrown over.

2. It is not allowed to bend thick steel bars in high places or on scaffolding to avoid falling from high places due to the pull-off during operation.

Safety requirements for mechanical bending forming:

1. Before the formal operation of the machine, all parts of the machine should be checked, and the no-load test run should be carried out normally before the formal operation.

2. Pay attention when operating, and be familiar with the direction of the work's circling. The placement of steel bars should match the direction of rotation of the baffle and the work plate, and cannot be placed in reverse.

3. During operation, the steel bars must be placed in the middle and lower parts of the plug. It is strictly forbidden to bend the steel bars with excess cross-sectional size. The rotation direction must be accurate, and the distance between the hand and the plug should not be less than 200mm.

4. During the operation of the machine, it is not allowed to refuel and clean, and it is strictly forbidden to replace the mandrel, pin and change the angle.
