How to use rebar bender
1. Cut a section of 200-250mm long from the inspected metal wire for straightening, and the surface of the wire must not be damaged during straightening.
2. Select the arc radius r of the clip according to the diameter of the wire in the parameter table, the distance b from the top of the clip arc to the bottom surface of the lever, and the lever hole Φ. The number of the arc radius is printed on each clip for selection. , the distance b is obtained by adjusting the position of the lever through the three holes on the rocker arm. The lever holes Φ35, 50, and 75 in order from the following to the top can be identified according to the numbers printed around the holes on the lever.
3. There are four mutually perpendicular holes on the main lever. Adjust the direction of the lever to get the hole position you need. When using the hole at one end of the thread, put the shaft sleeve on it, and use the other end hole. Remove the bushing to ensure the wire is on the center line of the bend.
4. Put the rocker arm in the vertical position, and use this as the starting state of the test. First pass the sample into the hole of the bottom plate of the two clips, and then vertically upward from the lower part of the lever through the lever hole and then penetrate it. Clamp up to the top, and turn the handle of the upper clamp to clamp the upper end of the wire.
5. Press the upper collet down by 15-25mm by hand and hold it firmly (the distance between the thick wires should make the wire have a tension force of about 15-25 kg). Turn the handle of the main clip to clamp the lower end for bending.
6. When bending the sample, a relatively uniform speed (about 1 time/second) should be used.
7. The bending count is to bend 90° to the right from the starting position, the sample returns to the starting position for the first time, and then bends 90° to the left, and the sample returns to the starting position for the second time. And so on until the sample is broken, the last bending of the broken sample is not counted.
8. After long-term use, if the arc surface of the clip shows signs of pressure injury, the clip should be replaced.
9. Oil cups and places with relative sliding should be refueled frequently to keep lubricated.
10. After use, it should be wiped clean and coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust.
11. Installation: The machine should be installed on the edge of the workbench, and the rotating handle should be extended outside the workbench. The installation screws are three M8 screws. There is a Φ10 hole on the bottom plate between the two clips, and the workbench should also be drilled. Holes are punched out to allow the wire to pass freely through the holes.
