3. When changing the rotation direction of the worktable, it must be carried out after stopping, that is, from forward rotation to stop to reverse rotation, not directly from forward rotation to reverse rotation or from reverse rotation to forward rotation.

4. During the operation of the CNC bending center, it is strictly forbidden to replace the mandrel, forming shaft, change the angle and adjust the speed, and it is strictly forbidden to refuel or clean during operation.

5. When bending steel bars, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the machine's regulations on the diameter, number and mechanical speed of steel bars.

6. It is strictly forbidden to stand within the working radius of the bent steel bar and on the side of the fuselage without a fixed pin. The bent steel bars should be stacked neatly, and the hooks should not face upwards.

7. The CNC steel bar bending center needs to be placed horizontally. If the ground on the construction site is uneven, or the ground settlement causes too much inclination, it needs to be measured and leveled with a spirit level, and bending columns and tools of various specifications must be prepared before operation.

8. During operation, the steel bar should be confirmed to be pressed before starting to bend. During the operation, it is strictly forbidden to replace the bent column, the bent pin sleeve and the speed regulation, nor to clean and refuel.

9. It is strictly forbidden to bend the steel bars that exceed the diameter specified on the mechanical nameplate. When bending the steel bars with rust, protective glasses should be worn, and the operator must wear a safety helmet when working.
