When the working plate rotates, one end of the steel bar is prevented from rotating by the stopper shaft, and the position of the central axis remains unchanged, while the forming shaft rotates in an arc around the central axis to push and bend the steel bar.
Due to the specification, when used as a 180° hook, the arc bending diameter of the steel bar should not be less than 2.5 times the diameter of the steel bar. Therefore, the central axis is correspondingly made into 9 different specifications of 16~100mm to meet the needs of bending steel bars of different diameters.
2. Gear type steel bar bending machine
Structure: The gear type steel bar bending machine is mainly composed of several machines, electric motors, gear reducers, working mechanisms and electrical control systems. It changes the traditional worm gear drive and adds an automatic angle control mechanism and a braking device.
Working principle: The gear type steel bar bending machine is powered by a motor with a brake, which drives the working disc to rotate. The left and right insertion seats of the working mechanism can be adjusted steplessly through the handwheel, and can be bent and formed with different specifications of steel bars. The control of the angle is realized by the cooperation of the angle pre-selection mechanism and several limit pins of different lengths. When the steel bar is bent to the pre-selected angle, the limit pin touches the travel switch, so that the motor stops and reverses, returns to the original position, and completes the steel bar bending process. In addition, the electrical control system also has the characteristics of jog, automatic state, two-way control, instantaneous braking, short-circuit protection of emergency stop system, and motor overheating protection.
3. Steel bar bending machine
Structure: The steel bar hoop bending machine is a special machine suitable for bending stirrups. The bending angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and its structure is similar to that of the bending machine.
Working principle: The motor power is decelerated by a pair of pulleys and two groups of spur gears, so that the eccentric disc rotates. The eccentric disc drives two connecting rods through the eccentric hinge, and each connecting rod is hinged with a rack, so the rack reciprocates along the slideway. The rack drives the gears to make the working disc reciprocate within a certain angle. There are two shaft holes on the working plate, the central hole is inserted into the central shaft, and the other hole is inserted into the row of shafts. When the working plate rotates, both the central axis and the forming axis rotate along with it. The same principle as a steel bar bending machine can bend the steel bar into the desired stirrup.
4. Hydraulic steel bar cutting and bending machine

At this time, the high-pressure oil from the plunger pump enters the hydraulic cylinder through the oil valve, generating high pressure to push the piston to move, and the piston drives the cutter to carry out Cut tendons. At this time, the reverse thrust of the pressure spring is greater than the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder, the spool will return to its original position, and the hydraulic oil will flow back to the oil tank along the oil path of the central oil hole. The return stroke of the cut-off piston is realized by the rebound force of the leaf spring.
